Dandelion leaf is a good source of potassium, calcium, iron, and trace minerals. It also contains vitamins A, B, C, D, and K. As well as the antioxidants luteolin, zeaxanthin, and kryptoxanthin. To prepare as a tea add 8 – 12oz of Rainbow Water to a saucepan at approx. 140Â Degrees F. (Do not boil, just heat.) Once hot pour the water over 2 tbsp. of Dandelion in the vessel of your choosing. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy! If you choose, add your favorite healthy sweetener. Avoid white sugar!
