Processing & Fulfillment Times
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Please note: Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons, new product drops, or storewide promotions.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment) are:

Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method. All transit times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping options are coming soon.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please allow 48 hours and then contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
