Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. Some specialty items may vary.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track it anytime under My Account > Orders.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unopened, unused items. Food and perishable items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

We work with ethical brands and vendors from around the globe, with a focus on U.S.-made, small-batch, or Indigenous-crafted goods when possible.
Every brand and product goes through a screening process to ensure they comply with ingredient use and production methods. This includes a standard checklist comprised of over 700 ingredients we do not allow in products we carry ranging from seed oils, allergens, artificial dyes, artifical flavors and synthetic chemicals. Please read the full ingredient list on each product page. If you have medical conditions or are pregnant/nursing, consult a licensed health professional before use.
