Across all categories, we require:

  • Transparency – Clear labeling, ingredient disclosure, and truthful marketing

  • Clean Formulations – Free from synthetic additives, harsh chemicals, and artificial dyes

  • Sustainability – Compostable, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging preferred

  • Ethical Sourcing – Support for fair trade, traceability, and local or regenerative supply chains

  • Lab Verification and/or Certifications – Third-party testing, compliance and certification documents where applicable

We prohibit the use of:

  • Mold-grown citric acid

  • Artificial sweeteners and flavors

  • Seed oils (e.g. canola, sunflower, soybean)

  • Fillers and gums (e.g. maltodextrin, xanthan gum)

  • Synthetic preservatives, colors, or fragrance

1. Application Review

After completing the submission form and compliance checklist, we will review your products to ensure they meet our guidelines and public health and safety standards.

2. Approval & Product Listing

Upon approval, you will be be prompted to sign a standard agreement. After you will be able to upload your product information, images, shipping weight and all other necessary details.

3. Order & Shipping

When an order is placed, you will receive real time notifications for fulfillment and be able to access them in your vendor dashboard to ensure accuracy in managing all of your request.

4. Receive Payment

You will receive automatic payouts for each order upon completion to your bank account via ACH transfer with the information you have registered on file with us.
